This is a 1/2c 10k gold vintage band from approximately 1930s. I ran this under my scope so you could see a closer look at the diamond. Early nineteen century did not have the technology that we have now to mark these beautiful masterpieces.Twisted or ribbon-shaped bands with a single diamond in the middle became popular during the 1930s. While the solitaire ring with a single large diamond had its moment among aristocrats five centuries before, it wasn't a mainstream tradition until the 19th century. The 1930s saw ribbon-shaped bands and twisting bands as common features. It s size 8.75.
